Fried Knife Noodles
Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil, then add the noodles in pot. 
Start timing when the water returns to a boil, close the lid and turn off the heat. 
Most noodles d be ready in 10 minutes. Then taste the noodles to make sure it's correctly cooked. It should be 'al dente' - firm.

2 slices ginger, cut to strips
1 cloves garlic, peeled
1 red chilli pepper chopped for the garnish

Add 2 tsp of soy sauces stir fried them until cooked
