Pork Terrine, caramelized picked onion, watercress and "senase chips"

remind me of shanghai jelly pork. Except this have stronger pork taste

HIS predictable pick: Culatello di Zibello ham, Cantalupe Melon, mint and grissino Filled with Pancetta

the melon is perfect. HE is loving it

HER Paste e Secondi: Amberjack fillet parmigiana, roasted eggplant, potato cannolo filled with tomato mousse and Buffalo mozzarella fondue sauce

Fish is nice. Have an ocean taste.

HIS/Bro/Mom pick: Frittata di spaghetti, lobster, Caciocavallo fondue and sun dried tomato

Dry tomatoes is rich. Lobster nice. Pasta hard :(

One of us order 4 dishes, additional main:
Roasted Pork ribs, Campari and basil jelly, Crusco red pepper and black garlic

tender and juicy. Always luv mash potatoes

HER Dolci:
Creamy milk chocolate with crunchy hazelnut, lemon sauce and ginger

THEY all ordered:
Traditional ice cream coffee cake filled with pistachio and whipped cream

Coffee ice cream as strong as espresso. We all luv it

Petit Four:

no matter 2 or 4 people, they give same portion

Excellent service from the waiters. Attentive and proactive. He was able to share info of each dishes helping us to decide our orders. Mom loves the bread and butter. Bro and Mom got a refill on the tomato powdered butter :)
