Weekend Wine Lunch @ Amber

WE arrived at 12:20. Only 3 tables were occupied at that time.
Nice and quiet (only at the beginning).
WE were assigned to an oval shape table which was bigger than regular 2 seaters, probably because WE requested to have a better seat when we called ✌.

Customers arrived gradually and the whole restaurant was filled up.









Started with amuse bouches


 foie gras raspberry and beetroot lollipops
crab spring roll
pork croquette
Ichiban


as soft as cake


truffles were shaved raw over the hot container & dish
so generous with the black truffles. Fully Covered
WE found that the truffle scent could be stronger tho... WE suddenly think about the first experience from Orvieto, Italy

Refilled hot water twice because the petite four were so SWEET....HE wished he ordered tea too.
