Apple pie abit too dry because we don't have honey. Pineapple pie taste good tho
bought frozen puff pastry from Super Market

Palmiers <3 :
Take out the pastry from freezer and let it sit at room temperature until it's soften.
Roll the dough to square shape
Fold both sides so that they meet in the middle, then fold the top edge to the bottom edge and the left edge to the right edge.
Slice the logs into about ⅓-inch thick pieces.
Place in Halogen heat with 180 degree for 8 minutes, flip them to the other side for another 2 minutes.
