HER Perfect version of Roast Chicken
Small size chicken stuffed with Garlic (SHE doesn't like rosemary) & sprinkle some sea salt in the cavity of the chicken. And for the surface of the chicken, sprinkle liberally with sea salt, pepper, sugar.
HER vegi selections on the side: carrots (for the color), sweet potatoes (HER favorite), chinese green beans (also HER favorite type of beans), Onion. SHE boiled the carrot, sweet potatoes and green beans in advance.
Skip the pre-heat. 205 Degree for 45 minutes. Turned out surprisingly tasty & tender.
Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing
Cucumber is refreshing. Avocado is creamy and the grilled chicken smells good.
Scallops with Mashed Potatoes
Peel and cut the potatoes in slices. Boil them and put them into zipper plastic bag, and mash the potatoes with bread roller (the only tools WE found :D). Stir potatoes with 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Sprinkle with Salt and pepper. Heat under 265 degree until it's browned.
Baked Salmon with Brown Mushroom
Place 3 cloves of chopped garlic on top of the salmon. Sprinkles Salt, pepper and some chopped onion on top. Heat with 205 degree until both side turn orange and slightly browned. Salmon is just right, and Mushroom is so juicy.
Western Style Stir-fried Chop Suey
Pineapple, chicken breast, Chinese beans and onion. Tasty!
