Gingerbread Recipe
125g Butter
2 tablespoon golden syrup
185g Sugar
1 Egg
315g All Purpose Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3.5 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Method
1. Preheat oven 180C
2. Melt Butter and mix syrup, egg and sugar
3. Add sifted flour, salt, ginger, cinnamon powder, baking powder, nutmeg powder
4. roll out and use your favorite cookie cutter
5. Bake for 9-10 minutes
